Learn. Develop. Grow.
For Cyprus employers
The knowledge already shared in your business can be the starting point for a structured training programme. LDGrow helps you identify the need, organise the training and prepare the relevant HRDA work. Subsidy support depends on the applicable scheme, approval and correct delivery.
A colleague explains systems, daily tasks and quality standards. We help turn that knowledge into an organised onboarding programme.
Experienced staff demonstrate warehouse, production or customer-service procedures. Clear learning objectives can make that knowledge easier to pass on.
Supervisors share ways to coordinate work, give feedback and solve recurring problems. We explore which needs would benefit from planned training.
These are starting points to examine, not confirmed training needs or pre-approved programmes.
A useful programme connects a real business need with clear objectives, suitable participants, an appropriate trainer and an organised schedule. The relevant scheme also determines the application, delivery and evidence requirements. We check these before committing to the programme.
Documenting past informal training does not automatically make it eligible for retrospective subsidy. Preparation and approvals must follow the applicable scheme’s rules.
We identify training needs, gaps in existing HRDA use and suitable subsidy routes for internal and external training.
You receive a practical plan for using HRDA subsidies effectively, with priorities, responsibilities, deadlines, internal procedures and ERMIS preparation.
We design and coordinate training delivered by your staff, LDGrow or external providers, and manage the agreed HRDA applications, documents and follow-up through to subsidy payment.
Depending on the topic and scheme requirements, training may use experienced employees, suitably qualified LDGrow trainers or specialist external providers. We assess trainer suitability and support approval or certification where needed.
We review how you organise training and manage applications, identify gaps and examine whether eligible support is being missed. Existing participation does not mean every additional programme will qualify.
No. Its indicative figure concerns total theoretical annual internal training potential, not necessarily extra subsidy above existing use. External programmes are assessed separately and may attract further support, subject to scheme conditions and remaining aid allowance.
Have at least one person who could share knowledge with colleagues, including an owner or manager? Request your free assessment. We email a personalised two-page report within two working days, covering internal training potential, an indicative subsidy estimate and a suggested next step.
This is LDGrow’s assessment requirement, not a universal HRDA eligibility rule. The report does not confirm approval or payment. There is no obligation to proceed.
