Training and subsidy potential

Organised training. Better use of HRDA subsidies.

Onboarding new employees, learning a system and sharing a manager’s expertise are practical starting points for understanding your training needs.

We help you organise that knowledge into training with clear objectives, suitable trainers and the evidence required by the relevant scheme. Whether you are new to HRDA or already use its schemes, we review procedures and help you prepare eligible activity for submission.

Actual subsidy value depends on the applicable scheme, eligibility, approval and proper completion of the process.

Occasional HRDA use

HRDA Utilisation Plan

You receive a practical plan for using HRDA subsidies effectively, with priorities, responsibilities, deadlines, internal procedures and ERMIS preparation.

Organise and deliver

Training design, coordination and delivery

We design and coordinate training delivered by your staff, LDGrow or external providers, and manage the agreed HRDA applications, documents and follow-up through to subsidy payment.

Delivery options and HRDA support

Training may be delivered by suitable people within your organisation, by LDGrow through suitably qualified or certified trainers, or by specialist providers that we recommend and coordinate. We support internal trainer approval and certification in line with the relevant scheme’s requirements.

The service includes the operational and administrative coordination required to move a programme from design to proper implementation and, where applicable, through the related HRDA process. It can also be commissioned independently.

What our support includes

  • ERMIS readiness, internal procedures and administrative support.
  • Document collection, applications, submissions and deadline coordination.
  • Programme, objective, content, schedule and delivery-date design.
  • Coordination of trainers, participants, attendance and required evidence.
  • Periodic updates, collaboration with the organisation and issue resolution during implementation.
  • Evaluation, final submissions, requested corrections and follow-up until subsidy payment.

Pricing

How our pricing works

Our commercial proposal is adapted to the organisation’s starting point, size, complexity and requirements.

Before work begins, the proposal and agreement clearly define the scope, timeline, responsibilities, objectives, deliverables and fees.

We start with a small preparation fee. Our main fee is a commission on subsidies you actually receive under HRDA schemes managed by LDGrow. The preparation fee is deducted in full from that commission.

If no subsidy is received, no success commission is due. The preparation fee covers completed preparation and is retained for that work. Standalone services without a subsidy carry an agreed fixed fee.

HRDA schemes

Find the route that fits your needs.

Our core focus is employee training and development. We help you identify suitable HRDA schemes for internal training, external programmes and targeted skills development.

You do not need to know in advance which scheme applies. Identifying the appropriate route is part of the assessment.

What you will receive

  • Indicative internal training capacity.
  • An indicative annual subsidy estimate for internal training.
  • A suggested next step for your business.
An example of the report you will receive

Fictional business, illustrative internal training figures. External training support is excluded. Your report will reflect the information you provide.

The amount estimates total internal training potential, not necessarily extra subsidy above what you already use. It excludes external training, which may attract further support after separate assessment. Estimates depend on your information, assumptions, scheme conditions and remaining aid allowance; they do not confirm eligibility, approval or payment, or replace a detailed training needs assessment.

FAQ

Questions employers usually ask first.

What happens after the free assessment?

We email your personalised two-page report within two working days. It outlines internal training capacity, an indicative annual internal training subsidy estimate and a suggested next step. The figure is total theoretical potential, not necessarily additional to subsidies already used. External training is excluded and may attract further support after separate assessment, subject to scheme conditions and remaining aid allowance. You can then choose a discovery call to discuss the report. If you decide to proceed, we agree the scope, fees, responsibilities and timetable before any paid work begins. The assessment is free, creates no obligation to proceed and does not confirm eligibility, approval or payment.

Is the HRDA Utilisation Plan an official HRDA document?

No. The HRDA Utilisation Plan is LDGrow’s structured planning and implementation template. It records the relevant possibilities, key conditions, priorities and agreed actions and provides the basis for implementing the work within the defined scope. It is not an approval, decision or official HRDA document.

We already use HRDA schemes. Why would we need LDGrow?

Yes, we also help employers already using HRDA schemes. We review existing training and administration to identify gaps, missed eligible support and steps that can be simplified. We align internal and external programmes with suitable schemes, improve coordination and manage submissions and follow-up. Any additional support is assessed against the relevant scheme conditions and remaining aid allowance.

We do not have an HR or L&D department. Can we still use the service?

Yes. LDGrow can act as your external learning and development partner, with expertise in HRDA subsidies. We help you structure training, develop internal capability and manage the agreed HRDA work, from ERMIS readiness and applications to delivery coordination, final submissions and subsidy follow-up. The scope is agreed around your priorities and the support your team needs.

Can you also help with HRDA hiring schemes?

Yes. Our core service is staff training and development through suitable HRDA schemes. As a complementary service, we can also support relevant HRDA hiring and workplace-training schemes for graduates, unemployed candidates and other eligible groups, where these fit the organisation’s needs.

How does training fit into the engagement, and who delivers it?

Where training is part of the agreed solution, its design, coordination and delivery are integrated into implementation of the HRDA Utilisation Plan or Training Analysis and Funding Alignment. The same service can also be commissioned independently. Training may be delivered by experienced employees within the organisation, by LDGrow through suitably qualified or certified trainers, or by specialist external providers. We also support internal trainer approval and certification in line with the relevant scheme’s requirements. The most appropriate approach depends on the subject matter, the organisation’s needs and the requirements of the relevant scheme. Where different or more specialist expertise is required, LDGrow recommends and coordinates suitable providers.

Why are there different levels of support?

Every organisation has a different starting point, size, structure, level of experience and degree of complexity. A smaller business may need a practical HRDA Utilisation Plan and support with its first programmes. A larger organisation may require comprehensive Training Analysis and Funding Alignment, multi-programme planning, cross-departmental coordination and ongoing management. The level of support increases only where it adds genuine value.

How is LDGrow’s fee determined?

We agree the preparation fee and commission rate before work begins, based on the scope, workload, complexity and responsibilities involved. Company size is considered insofar as it affects the work required.

What information and documents will you need from us?

During the free assessment, we only need basic information about the organisation, workforce, current experience with HRDA schemes, ERMIS status, training already taking place and any recruitment plans. Where an engagement proceeds, we provide a focused list of the documents and information required for the specific service or programme. We do not request more personal data than is necessary for the relevant process.

Do you guarantee approval or subsidy payment?

No. Eligibility, approval and payment depend on the conditions of the relevant scheme, the accuracy and completeness of the information, timely submission and correct implementation. LDGrow assesses the relevant possibilities, structures the process properly and supports the organisation through to completion. No assessment, estimate or proposal constitutes a guarantee of approval or payment.
