ERMIS is the HRDA’s digital portal for registration and scheme procedures. Getting a company account ready is one part of preparing for training. LDGrow is an independent service provider: we help you organise the information, responsibilities and agreed HRDA work around your programme.
Check the employing entity’s registration and approval, then the relevant Employer role. An account alone does not approve a training programme or subsidy.
Check participant registration and links to the employer, plus the trainer’s required information. Employees manage their own personal accounts; do not share passwords.
Confirm the learning need, participants, trainer, schedule and required evidence. Agree who supplies each item and when, using the current guide for the relevant scheme.
Existing informal training cannot simply be entered afterwards with a promise of subsidy. Programme preparation, approvals and submissions must follow the applicable rules.
Identify training needs, gaps in current HRDA use and suitable subsidy routes before choosing the work to carry out.
Agree how to use HRDA subsidies effectively, with priorities, responsibilities, deadlines, internal procedures and ERMIS preparation.
Put the agreed plan into practice through training, programme administration, final documents and subsidy follow-up.
No. Registration and the relevant role provide access to the process. The programme, participants, trainer and delivery must meet the applicable scheme conditions; approval and payment are separate decisions.
We check what is already in place and what needs updating or completing. There is no reason to restart correctly completed work. We agree the support needed for your particular programme.
No. We work through the employer’s company account within the agreed scope. Employees retain control of their personal accounts and may receive guidance. Necessary documents are exchanged through the process agreed after engagement, not through the public assessment form.
If at least one person could share knowledge with colleagues, including an owner or manager, request your free assessment. We email a personalised two-page report within two working days, with internal training potential, an indicative subsidy estimate and a recommended next step.
This is LDGrow’s assessment requirement, not a universal HRDA rule. The report does not confirm eligibility or payment; external training is assessed separately. For an account-only question, contact grow@ldgrow.org.
