Privacy policy

LDGrow is the registered business name (EE 46699) of Kyriakos Yiangou, the data controller. Business address: 12 Eleftherias Street, Alampra 2563, Nicosia, Cyprus. Contact: grow@ldgrow.org.

Information we collect

This may include your name, company, sector, employee range, contact details and information about training, recruitment or workforce needs. Do not submit passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information through the public form.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to your enquiry, prepare your requested indicative assessment and discuss relevant support. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to a business representative and managing the business relationship. Contract delivery and applicable legal obligations provide the basis for relevant client records. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without the appropriate permission.

ERMIS and document exchange

LDGrow works only through the employer’s company account. Employees manage their personal accounts and may receive guidance or user manuals. After engagement begins, required documents are exchanged through the secure process agreed with the company.

Service providers and storage

Website hosting and form submissions use Netlify. Email uses Apple iCloud; optional meeting bookings use Calendly. We use Google Drive and Sheets for business documents and contact tracking, and a local report application on the business computer. Authorised support staff access only the information needed for their role. These providers may process information outside the EEA under their applicable data protection arrangements. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data. We do not sell your personal information.

Optional advertising measurement

When advertising measurement is enabled, we ask for your permission before loading the Google Ads tag. If you allow it, Google may receive cookie identifiers, information about your browser and device, IP address, page visits and confirmation that an assessment was submitted. We do not send your name, email, telephone number, company details or assessment answers to Google Ads. We do not use this tag for personalised advertising or enhanced conversions. You can reject optional cookies and still use the assessment, or change your choice using Cookie settings. We store your choice and its date in your browser for up to 180 days. A short-lived receipt in this browser tab prevents repeat visits from being counted as new assessments. Google may process measurement data outside the EEA under its applicable data-protection arrangements.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry records while responding and carrying out relevant follow-up. We review inactive enquiries and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed. Client, payment and submission records are retained for the relevant contractual, accounting or legal requirements; access is restricted when active work ends. A minimal do-not-contact record may be retained to respect your preference. Deletion reviews also consider copies in backups and any legal need to retain them. Contact us for the criteria that apply to your record.

Information needed for the assessment

The fields marked as required are needed to prepare and email your report. If you prefer not to provide them, contact us to discuss another way to make your enquiry. Optional fields can be left blank. Please do not include employee health details, identity documents or passwords in the public form.

Your choices

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact grow@ldgrow.org. You may also lodge a complaint with Cyprus’s Commissioner for Personal Data Protection. We review assessments before sending them; the website form does not make an automated decision about eligibility or entitlement.
